JAY’S TREAT FOOD

The project aims to introduce, cook, and design healthy and traditional South Indian street food with a plant-based twist. It seeks to engage young people through workshops that highlight a new food culture, emphasize sustainability, and showcase innovative food creations. The project intends to demonstrate how South Indian food can be both sustainable and mindful, bridging a crucial educational gap in cooking, nutrition, and sustainable eating habits.
